Exhibition & Trade Show Courier Services | Wantage Couriers

Exhibitions and trade shows are high-stakes events where timing, care, and precision are everything. At Wantage Couriers, we provide end-to-end exhibition logistics, transport, and setup support for local companies exhibiting across the UK.

Whether you are hosting a standalone booth or managing a multi-day corporate event, our fully insured courier service ensures your display materials, marketing assets, and products arrive safely and strictly on schedule.

Complete Event & Exhibition Transport Solutions

We handle every stage of your exhibition delivery so your team can focus on making an impact:

1. Pre-Event Vehicle Slot Booking

Navigating venue slot booking systems (like Voyagur or Voyage Control) can be complex. We take the hassle out of event access by managing vehicle registration, access passes, and strictly adhering to timed delivery slots.

2. Delivery & On-Site Setup Assistance

We don’t just drop off your goods at the loading bay and drive away. Our experienced drivers will:

• Assist with unloading and wheeling display materials into the main exhibition hall.

• Help your team unpack and assemble display stands and marketing materials if needed.

• Remove and store your empty boxes and transit packaging, keeping your stand clean and professional for visitors.

3. Exhibition Breakdown & Return Logistics

When the show ends, event halls can quickly become hectic. We ensure a smooth, stress-free pack down:

• Return to the venue with your packaging materials on breakdown day.

• Assist with packing, loading, and securing your equipment.

• Safely return your goods back to your warehouse, office, or storage unit—either that same evening or the following morning.
